Saving Old Seagulls

I have just rebuilt a 102 motor, the parts bin it came in was a real mix of stuff, It all works but the 140 grade oil in the gear box is leaking out a bit when the motor is vertical.

Was there a seal on the shaft, is there a drawing anyone can post for me?

Having re built what is now a very decent 102 series engine from a crate of parts donated to me I find that the only prop that I have is a 9" five blade one marked 'Forty Only " can I use that type?

Correction, the prop is marked 100 only.

With the needle clipped into one of the center grooves the series 102 motor would not fire.

I poured some petrol into the fuel bowl, the motor fired first time.

Next I pushed the needle down and off the grooves in it, the engine now works.

Do i have the correct float level when the petrol reaches ...
