once had a forty featherweight bought brand new and the flow would stop on tickover. The same is true on my second hand forty plus. All of my Flock do this except for my Forty Plus....when I come into dock I either turn it down to idle in which case I just let it idle for a 30 seconds or so 'dry' ....

Erik - Sticky means the news post will stay at the top of the list instead of being pushed down by newer topics so that it will remain visible. It is used for announcements and topics that need to be visible for a certain period of time, such as an item for sale!

The bracket can be fixed with a low temp or regular Al weld, but you have to take the crankcase apart to do this. I posted a weld report on HTS sometime back if you search on this. I looked at the ebay one and realised I could just use one of my Spare seagull tanks in the same manner so did not bid - A dollar saved is 1/2 a pound earned as we say in the States.

I followed the Seagull activity on ebay this winter, waiting for the river to melt, and pricing was all over the place. Albert - a little steam coming out of the water port isnt abnormal inmy experience, especially at low revs - can you be more specific about the overheating please?
