1967 Forty Plus 3hp - idle possible?
Hi I have the aforetitled Seagull and have got it working and fires up fine. However, I don't seem to be able to have the engine 'on' but the blades not turning (i.e. idling), so it's either on and going or off. Is this something I should be able to do? If so, how am I supposed to do it and/or what ...
