Saving Old Seagulls

I have some 9mm glassfiber tent poles l could make something like on the Yorkshire Coble (see Foto ) and do it like this see foto 2 barrie

the boat is now sitting on a trailer in my garden l am looking for a way to build a tent on the boat to be able to sleep and take cover in bad weather, maybe someone here on this forum has some tips, regards barrie

thanks Phil I dont need to go fast 8 km is enough, its 11,11 foot, they have some funny boats here for river fishing they use 28 foot long 3 foot wide flat bottom boats with 5/6 hp motor and they are very fast.
