What I was saying poorly, was that a five time the current prices for wild salmon they become a very attractive prey species. You can still have your fish farms to produce the frankenstein fish but they ought to be a closed container system on land, the technology is there it just needs the will to...

Without the farmed fish I fear there would be a lot less wild ones! A large number of the wild ones come from seeded rivers, farming keeps the prices lower.
