I recently bought this Seagull (AD46784)(c1955) at auction for $NZ35 (10UKP) but the drive shaft is siezed solid in the gearbox casting. I have managed to remove the prop shaft and the housing shows no sign of lubrication. I have removed the set screw which I believe holds the bearing assembly in place. Any suggestions as to how I might free the shaft and (maybe) get this oldie going again or do I use the rest of the motor for "spares" and build a "bitser" . I know where there is another 102 of uknown age. Thanks DaveD
