I recently acquired a seagull 102 from a second hand dealer. I was stunned when it started first pull, with fresh fuel. I am curious as to this motors vintage. It has a plastic pull start pulley and a plastic choke vain in a hooded air inlet. There appear to be no numbers on the motor, but it has a three blade, petal shaped prop. It also has a plastic screw on fuel cap reading "10 to 1 fuel mix". The motor has 102 style round cast cylinder with cast in head. It has external water plumbing. can anyone help me?
I am also curious as to any proceedures for straightening a bent prop shaft?
