Sorry Barry, think this guy seriously unhinged, load of bull, never happened. Seagull went back to what they did before the war, building engines.
Can see where it might have come from though, in 60's a pair of ladied ran the Co. they were beneficiaries of one of the founders or so I am led to believe. !!
