I feel that someone who lives near a suitable piece of water should organise an English summer Seagull race to ensure that it's not only Kiwis & Bermudians who have Seagulls that can push a boat faster than 15 mph. I know there is one in Cornwall just before Christmas but not many of us own icebreakers that will plane. There must be a suitable puddle of water with no silly speed limits where the local Yacht club has a fun regatta.
