Hello Roger, Charles has taken me to task for calling this a little forty model, when to be more correct it was the earliest version of the Forty Plus. I would call it a 'little forty plus'! It has the same bore and stroke as the later FP or SJP, but a whole load of differences. The block, head and crankcase are different, as it the drive shaft tube and exhaust housing. Though they look the same. Not many, if any, of those parts are available now. Good luck with it. There are those out there who try to restore these, a plea for a part on here might bear fruit.
