I am currently restoring a 1949 model 102, and it was in pieces when i got it. I am up to the stage of putting the engine back together, but i am unsure as to which way the piston has to go. The piston has a kind of deflector and there is a long and short piece of it. It can either go short towards water outlet or to water inlet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
